Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 2–3 days of purchase, Your Refundable amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–4 days. if the digital business card is not created or does not function as expected. Refunds will not be granted once the card is successfully created and operational.

2. Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Successfully created and functioning digital business cards.
• Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
